TPConnects Technologies has appointed Panasoft Global Software Solutions as the official distributor of its Iris platform in Greece and Cyprus, strengthening its expansion across the European market and increasing access to modern airline distribution capabilities for regional travel sellers.
The partnership will enable travel agencies in both markets to access airline content from multiple sources including New Distribution Capability (NDC), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and low-cost carriers through a single interface. The move comes as travel sellers increasingly seek unified access to airline inventory and retailing tools to manage content more efficiently.
Through its integration with Panasoft’s back-office systems, bookings created within Iris will automatically flow into agencies’ operational, accounting, and reporting environments, reducing manual processes and supporting end-to-end workflow management.
According to TPConnects, the collaboration aims to address growing demand among travel sellers in Greece and Cyprus for broader content access, faster shopping capabilities, and improved control over post-booking servicing and payment processes.
“Greece and Cyprus travel sellers face a critical challenge: accessing modern airline content without increasing operational complexity,” said Giuseppe Candela, Vice President Global Sales at TPConnects Technologies. “Our partnership with Panasoft enables agencies to consolidate content from multiple sources and become operational quickly.”
Makis Serafimides, Senior Partner at Panasoft Global Software Solutions, added that the integration will allow agencies to automate booking workflows and enhance their ability to offer richer airline content and ancillary services while improving operational efficiency.
The agreement reflects TPConnects’ broader strategy to expand its global reseller network and support the adoption of NDC-driven retailing and unified airline content management across key international markets.
