The renewed long-term agreement follows an extensive evaluation process and positions Amadeus as a core technology partner supporting Fareportal’s ambition to build a more flexible, scalable, and customer-centric travel distribution ecosystem.
Through the expanded collaboration, Fareportal will continue to leverage Amadeus’ distribution and technology capabilities to improve access to airline content, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate innovation across its platforms as the industry moves toward more modern retailing models.
An important component of the partnership is Fareportal’s adoption of Outpayce B2B Wallet, a payments solution designed to modernise how travel sellers settle transactions with suppliers. By moving away from traditional settlement mechanisms toward virtual card-based payments, Fareportal aims to streamline supplier payments, improve acceptance rates, and create new revenue opportunities.
